Instructions for use of soil ph value detector

Instrument introduction: The NBL-S-PH soil pH detector is developed and supplied by NiuBoL. The instrument can be directly inserted into the soil to test the pH value and read directly. It plays a very important role in guiding agricultural scientific research and agricultural production.

Instrument use: The soil pH value detector can be directly inserted into the soil test. Can test soil pH, with 1 parameter sensor.

The working principle of the instrument: The soil ph value detector is composed of a numerically indicated ammeter, a metal sensor and a functional value switching device. That is: a hardware system with a metal sensor as the core, the metal sensor is in contact with the soil, and the current generated by the redox reaction in the chemical reaction is used. The magnitude of the current value is used to drive the unit data of different pH and humidity values corresponding to the ammeter (without battery or other external power support methods).

How to use the instrument:

(1) If the soil at the measuring point is too dry or has too much fertilizer to measure the pH of the soil, water should be poured on the measuring point first, and the measurement should be performed after 28 minutes.

(2) Before using the measuring instrument, a grinding cloth must be used to completely wipe and clean the part of the metal absorption plate to prevent the measured value from being affected. If the new product is not used, there is protective oil on the surface of the metal plate, which must be inserted into the soil several times, and the protective oil layer must be cleaned before use.

(3) When measuring the pH value, directly insert it into the soil of the test point, and the metal plate surface must be completely submerged in the soil, and the correct value is obtained in about 10 minutes. Soil density, moisture and excess fertilizer may affect the measured value, so it must be measured several times at different locations to obtain an average value.

(4) The pH value of the analyzer is very stable after 10 minutes.
