    TBQ total radiation sensor adopts the principle of thermoelectric induction and works with various radiation recorders or radiation ammeters to accurately measure TBQ total radiation, reflected radiation, scattered radiation, infrared radiation, visible radiation, ultraviolet radiation, and long-wave radiation from the sun.

The double-layer glass cover is designed to reduce the effect of air convection on the radiation meter, and the inner cover is provided to cut off the infrared radiation from the outer cover itself.

Two common types of total solar radiation sensors are thermoelectric total solar radiation sensors and photoelectric total solar radiation sensors.

Thermoelectric Total Solar Radiation Sensor The thermoelectric total solar radiation sensor uses the thermoelectric principle and can be used to measure solar radiation in the spectral range of 0.3 to 3 μm. The sensing element is a wire-wound electroplated thermopile with a high absorption black coating on the sensing surface.

Using the thermal effect of radiation, solar radiation is absorbed and converted into temperature difference electric potential. And has a temperature compensation function, can more accurately measure the amount of solar radiation. Double glass cover is used above the induction surface, which not only can reduce the impact of air convection on the equipment, but also can block the radiation of the outer cover itself. And add radiation shield can measure the scattered radiation. 

The product adopts standard Modbus-RTU 485 communication protocol, analog two signal output mode, can directly read the current total solar radiation value, the wiring method is simple. Beautiful appearance, occupy less installation space.
